 ***For installment plans, there is a 10% down payment due with your registration and then payment is divided in half per semester, in 3 payments for quarterly installments, or in 10 equal payments for the monthly plan.

 Installment Plan Due Dates:

• Semester:  September 9^th and February 1^st
• Quarterly: September 9^th, December 2^nd, and March 1^st
• Monthly: First class day of each month. Balance must be paid in full by June 1^st or student will not be able to take their exam(s).

Financial Policies:

Tuition is comprehensive and includes class fees, yearly exam fees, and material fees for the entire academic year. Receive a 15% discount off yearly tuition when paid in full before first class in September. For installment plans, there is a 10% downpayment due with your registration and then payment are divided in half per semester, in 3 payments for quartely installments, or in 10 equal payments for the monthly plan. All tuition MUST be paid in full by June 1st, or student will not be able to take exam(s). For your convenience I offer automatic debit plans through Paypal at no additional fee.

There are 4 weeks a year when the school is closed (not including summer). Months with fewer classes due to holidays are offset during the year by months with extra classes. There are no tuition adjustments for absences or holidays.

Pure Ballet has a closed enrollment policy. This means that by enrolling you are agreeing to take one of the open spots in a class and commit to that spot through the end of the year. Students who decide to drop the technique work will still be held liable for the remaining fees associated with the class. Refund credits are issued for classes cancelled by the school only. If a student withdraws for any reason, the unused portion will be credited to their account if used to re-enroll within one year. Any credit is non-transferable and will be forfeited if not used within one year. Students may make up classes, but must make an arrangement with me before showing up for a makeup class. Students may make up at their own level or a lower level, never at a higher level. Make ups must be made within one month of the absence otherwise, missed classes will be forfeited.

Private Lessons:  $65 per hour, $40 per 1/2 hour, payable in advance or at time of private lesson. Private lessons not canceled 24 hours in advance will be charged the full fee.  

Family discount: There is an additional 5% family discount off total tuition for immediate family members when students register at the same time. I do not offer home school discounts and I do not barter for class instruction. 

Returned Check Fee: There is a $40 fee for all returned checks. If a tuition check is returned, tuition is considered late and the 10% late fee will also apply.
